FIRST AID TRAINING

All our courses are run on our behalf by our recommended training provider 'MARBEC'. All instructors are fully qualified Paramedics and the courses are designed to be of a 'Hands On' nature rather than a lecture.

All courses can be customised to individual needs and requirements. Although the main courses run for 12 hours this can be split to blocks of 2 , 3 or 6 hour slots.

All courses comply with the national regulations and all students are awarded a nationally recognised certificate on successfully completing the course.

Maximum number of students attending 10

First Aid at Work Course

Course duration is 4 days. This allows the successful student to practice as a First Aider at Work under the Health and Safety at work act. A valid certificated is issued on completion and is valid for three years.

 

1 DAY APPOINTED PERSONS COURSE

This course is designed for people who wish to gain Emergency First Aid. No previous experience is reqired for this course. A valid certificate for three years would be issued on completion.

 

1 DAY APPOINTED PERSON REFRESHER

This course is designed as a refresher for the above course and need to update their certificate.

We also run 2 and 4 hour refresher courses for people who have experience and or hold the Basic First Aid Certificate

 

 

FIRE AWARENESS COURSES

 

All our fire awareness training courses are held locally. They are run exclusivly by the Bedfordshire fire training unit.

Courses range from the  Basic Awareness training courses through to more advanced training needs. All the courses can be customised to your specific requirements.
